Marla C. Underell represents clients in all capacities of the construction industry including property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects and engineers. Marla’s experience spans all phases of project development and construction from contract negotiation to claims and project closeout. Marla will prosecute and defend litigated matters, handle administrative hearings before governmental agencies as well as engage in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. Marla will review and prepare construction contracts for her clients regarding construction development projects. She will handle claims as well as the range of problems that routinely arise before, during, and at the conclusion of construction projects.
