Marla C. Underell has had significant experience in appellate cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Marla will provide a realistic, objective analysis of each case and determine the likelihood of success on appeal. She will outline the cases strengths and weaknesses to her clients as they decide whether to take an appeal, as well as to assist in the settlement process in appropriate cases. If it is determined a case will be appealed Marla will fully represent the client in all appellate proceedings.
